October is shaping up to be an awesome month. Winged Reaper, the second book in my Reaper series, was released on the 1^st of October. Cue the happy dancing. I celebrated with a family dinner and got to wear a new winged skull necklace made for me by a friend.

On the 8^th of October I will be attending Writefest in Bundaberg, spending a whole day catching up with friends and talking writing with people who get that stories and characters are clamouring to be heard in my head. They have them in their heads too.
